Suggested Daily Intake
Take 1 Vitamin B Complex capsule daily with water, or as directed by a Health Professional.
Promotes healthy skin, is essential for maintaining a healthy nervous system and also for the formation of haemoglobin in red blood cells and antibodies that help fight infection. Often used to supplement diet in the pre-menstrual part of the cycle.
It is safe to take up to 100mg per day on a long term basis, although high levels of up to 200mg have not been shown to cause problems. Upper safe level: 100mg (long term usage); 200mg (short term usage).
